ABOUT ME
Many adults with ADHD are successful on paper yet struggle behind the scenes. They may feel overwhelmed, exhausted, frustrated by procrastination, or constantly worried that they are falling behind despite working incredibly hard.
I understand that experience because I lived it.
I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, in the summer of 2023. Receiving that diagnosis was a relief—it helped explain challenges I had faced for years and gave me a new understanding of how my mind works.
Before becoming a coach, I built a successful career across engineering, management consulting, IT consulting, project management, and the nonprofit sector. I am an electrical engineer with an MBA. From the outside, things looked fine. Internally, however, I often felt overwhelmed, drained, and frustrated by how difficult it was to manage the demands of everyday life.
Working with an ADHD coach changed everything. Through coaching, I developed a deeper understanding of my strengths, challenges, and how ADHD shows up in my life. Instead of constantly trying to fit into systems that weren't designed for me, I learned how to create strategies that worked with my brain. The result was greater self-awareness, confidence, and a more sustainable way of working and living.
That experience inspired me to become an ADHD coach and help others create similar transformations.
I trained at JST Coaching & Training, a recognized leader in ADHD and executive function coaching. My approach combines professional training, practical tools, and lived experience to help clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and develop systems that support success at work and in life.
Today, I provide coaching services privately and as a freelance coach with Specialisterne, a globally recognized organization that pioneers employment models designed to leverage the strengths of neurodivergent individuals.
I also serve as a Neurodiversity Peer Support Group Facilitator with Hope + Me (Mood Disorders Association of Ontario). In addition, I have received training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma Awareness, safeTALK Suicide Alertness, Peer Support, Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP®), and other approaches that support wellbeing and resilience.
Beyond coaching, I speak on ADHD, neurodiversity, neuroinclusion, burnout recovery, and wellness. My goal is to help individuals and organizations better understand neurodivergent strengths and create environments where people can thrive.
My goal as a coach is simple: to help you better understand how your mind works, build on your strengths, and create practical systems that allow you to thrive - not just survive - at work and in life.

ADHD Coaching That Helps You Finally Follow Through
You already know what to do. The challenge is doing it consistently.
ADHD isn’t a lack of intelligence or motivation - it’s a difference in how the brain regulates attention, priorities, and execution. That’s where ADHD coaching comes in.
I help adults with ADHD close the gap between intention and action by building practical systems that work with their brains - not against them.
Together, we focus on the real-world challenges that impact your daily life and work, including:
Starting and completing tasks
Managing time and priorities
Reducing overwhelm and mental noise
Improving focus and consistency
Regulating emotions under pressure
Building routines that actually stick
This is not about trying harder or “fixing” yourself. It’s about creating structure, clarity, and accountability so you can reliably follow through on what matters most to you.
My approach blends lived experience, ADHD coaching training, and evidence-informed strategies - so you don’t just understand what’s going on, you start changing how you operate day to day.
What changes through ADHD coaching
You move from scattered effort → to focused execution
From self-doubt → to self-trust
From inconsistency → to follow-through you can rely on

SPEAKING
I help individuals and teams slow down, reset, and rebuild systems that support their well-being in a fast-paced, always connected world. I leverage my corporate experience, coaching expertise and facilitation training to help individuals and teams prevent burnout, improve well-being and perform at their best.
As a Certified WRAP® Level 2 Facilitator, I offer workshops to corporations and not-for-profit organizations. WRAP® stands for Wellness Recovery Action Plan and is an evidence-based program. It is a simple yet powerful process for creating the life and wellness you want.
The following information about WRAP® is from the official website. For more information please refer to https://www.wellnessrecoveryactionplan.com/what-is-wrap/
Five Key concepts at the core of WRAP® are:
Hope. The belief that we can get well, stay well, and go on to fulfill our dreams and goals. When we consider what hope means to us, we can also consider ways to increase hope in our own lives.
Personal responsibility. It’s up to each of us to take action and do what needs to be done to stay well. We get to decide what personal responsibility means to us and the steps we want to take to be responsible for ourselves and our wellness.
Education. Learning all we can about what we are experiencing helps us make good decisions about all parts of our lives. We can each define education for ourselves and explore steps we want to take to learn more in any area.
Self-advocacy. Reaching out to others and expressing our needs helps us get what we need, want, and deserve to support our wellness and recovery. We can determine for ourselves how we want to self-advocate in different areas of our lives, including how we want to communicate our needs and preferences to others.
Support. Receiving support from others, and giving support, will help us feel better and enhance our quality of life. We get to decide what support means to us, what we look for in supporters, and how we want to provide support as well as how we want to receive it.
What Changes Through WRAP®?
You develop a plan for your career, life, and wellness
You identify what throws you off track and develop an action plan to keep you back on track
You incorporate your support needs and develop a crisis plan to make sure that YOU are always in control
